So many things that happened to us in our lives, especially in childhood, were things we couldn't control. When things happened to us, to people we love or in the world around us and we wanted to do something about it but we couldn't (for whatever reason), we feel we have no control. This can create a feeling and belief of learned helplessness. And often guilt and shame tag along for the ride. Many times we carry this into adulthood and throughout our entire life. This deep subconscious feeling of helplessness. I have no control, bad things always happen to me, it doesn't matter what I do it never works out so why bother. I see this in many of my clients. And they carry these limiting beliefs throughout their life. Impacting everything they experience with this clouded, distorted view of "I can't change things" which leads to procrastination, playing small, settling for a job/relationship/life that doesn't make them happy, unable to truly thrive and enjoy life 😔 Are you ready to stop the self-abuse? I never want to allow life circumstances to stop me from healing or creating what I desire in my life. I always want to take responsibility for what I'm creating. That's why I've always prioritized... 👉 Emotional Responsibility I believe that my soul is creating everything I experience. My negative LOA is my responsibility. Whatever it is, there's a lesson there for me to discover, and the first step is taking emotional responsibility that this is my LOA. 👉 Seeking Truth If you're not experiencing what you *think* you want, it's not what your heart desires. Read that again. In this case, there's a truth, a false belief that you're in denial about. 👉 Doing the Inner Work This is how you create permanent transformation from within, learn the lesson the experience is teaching you and evolve spiritually. When you have unhealed wounds, this is what you're projecting out 24/7, and as a result, this is what you'll attract until you heal that. Changing your mindset to see every lack, block or negative experience as a soul lesson and opportunity for growth and doing the inner work = breakthroughs. Throughout my journey, I never once gave up or stopped doing the inner work even when I wasn't seeing results. Every trigger, every negative experience or limiting pattern, I used to dig deeper. When you focus on doing the inner work rather than seeing results, the results will eventually come. The effect of inner work is cummulitative as often also you have layers of emotions, false beliefs and blocks to go through. Being committed and doing the inner work consistently over time is really key. Gratitude is more than just saying "thank you." It's a powerful practice that can lead to a more positive and fulfilling life. In this post, I'll discuss the benefits of gratitude and share some tips on how to cultivate a grateful attitude. Let's be honest, as an introvert, the world can feel like it's constantly on fast-forward. Social interactions can be draining, and sometimes you just need to retreat into your own quiet world. But here's the thing: that quiet world is a breeding ground for self-discovery and, believe it or not, gratitude. For me, gratitude wasn't always sunshine and rainbows. It felt cheesy, even a little fake. But as I embraced my introverted nature and carved out more space for reflection, I started noticing the little things. The way sunlight paints my favorite reading nook, the calming whoosh of the kettle, the in-depth conversations I have with myself (because let's face it, introverts can have some pretty epic internal dialogues!). It took time, but by appreciating these small moments, I built a reservoir of self-sufficiency. I learned that happiness wasn't dependent on external validation or constant social interaction. I found joy and fulfillment within myself, and that's a powerful thing. So, my fellow introverts, I urge you to tap into the power of quiet reflection. Take a gratitude inventory – what small things bring a smile to your face? You might be surprised at the abundance of positivity you discover.
