Kurt Vonnegut put it beautifully, "To practice any art, no matter how well or how badly, is a way to make your soul grow, for heaven's sake. So do it.” We decided as an organization to pay heed to his advice and take a step back before the Diwali Celebrations to rejoice with some much needed art. It was an event designed to relax with one simple caveat phones must be put on DND and to take it easy for an hour. #Arthour #Prediwalicelerbations #humanresources #EmployeeEngagement #Letstakeiteasy Rucchi Awasthi | Alokita Sharma | Raghav Awasthi | Gunjita Sharma | Prachi K | Apoorva Shukla | Kritika P.

Celebrating Diwali today The festival of lights never fails to stir a sense of warmth and reflection within me. Here are 5 things I learned in these festive days: 1. Family moments are priceless. The laughter and togetherness surpass any gift. 2. Simplicity can outshine sophistication. Sometimes, the smallest gesture fills the heart. 3. New beginnings are constant. Diwali marks a fresh chapter, and change is always around the corner. 4. Sharing multiplies joy. Even a small token of love builds stronger connections. 5. Gratitude transforms perception. Acknowledging what we have can shift an entire mindset. Happy Diwali What special lesson did this Diwali teach you?

Diwali today feels quite different from the Diwali of our childhood. Growing up, the festival was all about simple joys—bursting crackers with family and friends, decorating the house with diyas, and eagerly waiting for the evening pooja. The air was filled with excitement as we spent days preparing for the celebration. Back then, Diwali was more about the experience, the togetherness, and the sheer fun of the festival. In contrast, now the focus has shifted. While we still celebrate with enthusiasm, there is a greater emphasis on eco-consciousness, with many choosing to opt for quieter, less polluting ways of celebrating. The hustle and bustle of busy adult life often leaves less time for those long, carefree days of preparation, and social media has added new layers to how we experience the festival, with online shopping and virtual greetings replacing some of the personal, in-person interactions. Although the essence of Diwali remains unchanged, the way we observe it has evolved significantly over the years.

There is a lot of confusion on the exact Diwali date i.e. 31st October or 1st November. Yes I understand that the auspicious time or 𝘔𝘶𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘵 starts at 3 pm on 31st and ends on 6 pm on 1st November. The fact still is that people plan their office leaves and travels accordingly. They can celebrate Diwali on only one day, be it 31st October or 1st November. Wasn't this the responsibility of 𝘋𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘢 𝘎𝘶𝘳𝘶𝘴 to sort it early and declare one day for Diwali for the benefit of all ?? They have a lifestyle in which it doesn't make too much of a difference. For the working professionals, it does big time. However all this conundrum suits the businesses. They can sell their products on more days, leading to more profits. In fact, this confusion is propagate with zeal to facilitate extra business. The paid media promulgates it to widen the scope of celebrations. Nefarious Commercialization will kill the essence of our festivals. They will become a reason to spend more than celebrations, family unions and upholding the spirit of our culture and 𝘚𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘯 𝘋𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘢.

Happy Diwali to all who celebrate! Growing up in an Indian household, this festival always held a special magic for me – the warm glow of diyas throughout our home, the excitement in the air, and family gatherings that seemed to make everything brighter. The Festival of Lights has always been more than just celebration for me. Its core message – that light prevails over darkness – deeply resonates with both my heritage and professional journey. Those childhood Diwalis taught me about #resilience long before I understood the word. As I reflect today, I'm struck by how this ancient wisdom applies to our modern day challenges. We've all faced our moments of darkness – whether navigating market uncertainties, or dealing with personal adversity. But like the countless diyas we light during Diwali, each obstacle we overcome adds to our inner strength. I'm a firm believer of this concept, today & everyday. To my fellow professionals celebrating today: may your homes be filled with light and your hearts with hope. And to everyone: here's to finding that inner light that guides us through challenges.

Diwali Parties at Corporates Are a Scam...😱❗ Or So We Thought Diwali parties at corporate offices are a scam. Let's be real—how many times have you sat through forced celebrations, the same old lights and sweets, all while pretending to be "in the spirit" when all you wanted was to get back to your desk? We didn’t want to do it this year. A Diwali party seemed like just another task on the already endless to-do list. Why go through all the trouble? But then something shifted. Some team members mentioned how they’d be away from family this Diwali. Suddenly, skipping the celebration altogether felt... a bit sad. That’s when the idea came up to celebrate at the factory instead of the office. We were skeptical. Would anyone even show up? Would it be worth the effort? To our surprise, over 150 people gathered, bringing the place to life with laughter, music, and warmth. The factory turned into a hub of joy, with colleagues sharing memories, dancing, and bonding beyond their usual roles. It wasn’t a formal event—it felt like family. What started as reluctance turned into one of our best memories. Turns out, sometimes the "scam" is exactly what you need to bring people together.
