PVD enhances wear & corrosion resistance and provides a specific surface finish Decorative PVD coatings use varied layers to achieve different colors and finishes. Common materials include TiN, CrN, ZrN, and TiAlN, which may also contain carbon and oxygen. We do two phases of planning for the decorative coating business. 🌈Colours: PVD can produce rose gold, black, bronze, and metallic colours. PVD works well for smaller objects, but larger ones requires specialised equipment. To tune PVD colours, adjust deposition parameters for desired colours, such as material selection, thickness control, substrate preparation, deposition conditions, post-deposition treatments, optical interference, quality control, and characterization. Manufacturers can customize PVD coatings by manipulating parameters and conducting experiments to meet specific colour requirements in various industries.
