💙 Let’s Talk About Mesothelioma 💙 Mesothelioma is a rare but aggressive cancer, often caused by asbestos exposure, and it primarily affects the lining of the lungs. With a long latency period, it can take 20-50 years for symptoms to appear, making early detection challenging. Unfortunately, there is no cure, and most people diagnosed face a prognosis of less than a year. That’s why raising awareness, supporting research, and providing resources to patients and their families is crucial. Together, we can make a difference in the lives affected by this disease and work towards a world without mesothelioma.
