And Collaboration with partners who excelled in their categories in other regions - Arla, Kellogg and Colgate to mention a few. Working together allows for the sharing of ideas, resources, and strengths. It helps in developing innovation and problem-solving. When people with different skills and perspectives come together, they can create solutions that wouldn't be possible individually. Instead of viewing others as competitors, see them as potential partners. Remember, success is sweeter when shared. I am excited to announce that I have become a Partner in OrangeCoat, a team of senior business leaders who help companies transform, grow, and lead. This step follows a long and memorable career with Shell, where I started my journey in 1996 as a PA. I never imagined the fantastic destination that was ahead of me. The different roles that took me from PA to VP. To live in six countries and visit 55! It’s been a true privilege to have worked with so many exceptional and talented people from around the world. And to lead amazing teams. I have become who I am today thanks to everything I learned from all my colleagues. As I embark on this exciting new adventure, I carry with me the lessons learned and the friendships forged during my time at Shell.
