We all have seen a post talking about how great remote work is, accompanied by a picture of someone working at the beach or hotel pool. Those pictures have got me thinking. Are those really environments you want to work in? I am all for remote work. I have worked remotely since March 2020. When I am working though, I want: ⛩ My Uplift standing desk 💺My X-Chair that can heat, cool, and vibrate 🖥️ My Asus Monitor 🖱️⌨️ My ergonomic mouse and keyboard 🌐 My Xfinity Gigabit internet I don't want: ☀️ The sun making it hard to see my screen 🦾 To be in an uncomfortable position that isn't ergonomically friendly ᯤ Rely on hotel WIFI. Hotel WIFI usually sucks. When you work remotely, what kind of environment do you like to work in?
