🪜 crawl, walk, run! Where are you in your journey? 👀 As I sit here watching my granddaughter attempt to crawl, I’m reminded of the struggle and determination needed to overcome the challenges of a startup. 💪Every day, Our team gets up on “all fours”, determined to keep moving forward. ↗️We’ve surpassed the crawl phase though hard work and grit. 🤦 We have learned that sometimes you take a faceplant along the but that’s the lessons learned to take the next step. (For eg: tossing everything out and starting over) 🏃Just like a newborn, businesses go through the phases of crawling, walking, and running. As Compliance Scorecard moves from crawling into walking we are gaining our stride and ground each step of the way. 🛣️ These next few miles are exciting and there are lots of twists and turns to navigate, forks in the road and decisions to be made 👫We are building our team with the same determination it takes to push through the marathon, striving with the same determination to reach our next growth milestone. It’s a journey of continuous learning and progress, making strides, and then racing ahead. #StartupLife #Determination #Growth #FamilyAndBusiness #CrawlWalkRun

Primary educators will often ask if a child crawled for long before they walked. Apparently spending time building those muscles and being ready for the next step makes a huge difference in their approach to learning in later life.

Sometimes you learn that you need to slow back down to a walk or crawl to relearn or adjust a few things before you start running again too.
