We recently had an ActiveWords customer ask for a discounted price for out app. It's $40 a year, and the only complaints we ever get it as to pricing are that we don't auto-renew licenses. Our take is that ActiveWords 4.0 pays for itself the first day or two you use it. Our customer said he couldn't afford it, and his boss won't pay for tools that make him more productive. I've been thinking about this for a while now: why do charging stations need long, permanently attached cables? Wouldn't it be more convenient if electric vehicles (EVs) came with their own charging cables, similar to how vacuum cleaners have cords? In cold climates like ours, these dangling cables get stuck in snow and ice, creating unnecessary hassle. Why not design charging stations where users can connect their own cables? This would eliminate the issue of frozen cords and offer greater flexibility for different vehicle models and cable lengths. Plus, this integrated approach could easily be implemented, as seen in this fantastic example! This innovative charging station seamlessly blends into the environment by being incorporated into a street light pole. Simply changing the color of the pole could visually indicate it as a charging zone. This is a brilliant solution that doesn't disrupt the streetscape and offers greater convenience for EV owners. I love it!
