Do I belong here? I am reading Lauren Welsey Wilson's book, What Do you Need? How women of color can take ownership of their careers to accelerate their path to success and so many nuggets to grab onto. So often, in professional spaces, women of color have to prove themselves so much more than their colleagues. There isn't room to mess up.
