When I talk to a lot of leaders, they have a lot of pain from people who they feel they've given to or provided for whatever and then got screwed over. They bring somebody and they bring them up, coach them, develop them, mentor them, disciple them, bring them through. And at some point in time, that person does something which causes the leader to feel like lost a bit of trust in them. And then they just suddenly stop investing in them until it separates, separates, separates. And then that person goes, I'm leaving. But deep down for that leader, they feel it's like this other thing of pain. And it just piles up. There's like issue after issue, issue of people who've left them. It's business, right? What would you say to somebody who's still bottled up? And like, how do you how do you navigate that with other leaders who've carrying pain, relational pain with them? We never were taught this as young people. Everybody wants to quit answer, you know, like we're going to, you know, everybody wants to quick sound bite. Yeah. I believe that letting go and being able to like, not be so attached comes from in my life, my experience. This need for approval. Yeah. And this need to be loved because I felt like I never got that. Yeah. So then as soon as I got it, man, I was gonna charge. And that's dangerous because then when the attachments gone, I just realized, like, numbers were good, the people were happy, I'm good and they were not like I'm not good. And so in that sense of identity, right, I think that you have to work on your own identity, but it takes work, lots of work. So higher EQ, so a lot more emotional intelligence, working with the therapist, I think working with a high level business. But you know, I did both of those at the same time. Yeah, to kind of compound the the time that it would take to like heal and just like amazing leader, but knowing who you are knowing like being firm in that foundation.
