Spray painting is a technique that uses a device to spray a coating through the air onto a surface, ensuring a smooth, even finish. At TJS Pro Painting, this method is often utilized for its efficiency and ability to cover large areas quickly. For example, in the recent staircase painting project, spray painting was instrumental in delivering a remarkable transformation on the railing, siding, and trim, achieving a polished and professional look. #tjspropainting #interiorpainting #spraypainting #professionalpainting

🖌 🏢 #Painting Tip: Know the texture of what you're painting. The texture of the walls you'll be painting will determine how much paint you'll need and the thickness (nap) of the rollers you will use. Walls with a rougher or deeper texture require thicker rollers so the paint can properly reach into crevices, providing complete coverage with your fresh coat of paint. For example, when painting concrete walls, you will want rollers with a thicker nap. If you're painting drywall, a thinner nap will be required. Using rollers with a nap that is too thick for the texture of the wall can create a texture where you don't want it. Using rollers with too thin of a nap can mean less than full coverage when it comes to your paint job. When purchasing supplies to paint, be sure to tell the salesperson what type of wall you plan to paint so you can get the right supplies to do the job well the first time. #PaintingTip #FiveStarPainting #ResidentialPainting #CommercialPainting #NewJersey

How much I charge to paint brick houses👇 Brick painting is one of those controversial taboos in the painting industry that either people love or hate. Its insane to me how much misinformation is out there wjen it comes to brick painting. I tell everyone that is all about the right steps and processes in life, so here’s how much we charge and the answer is it safe to paint brick or not. Yes its safe to paint brick if you use a good quality concrete stain instead of an acrylic latex paint, never do that or you will withhold moisture on the brick. And we charge $2 a square foot of brick to paint, its pretty simple. Now, is it safe to paint brick or not? Let me know! #housepainting #brickpainting #exteriorpainting #sherwinwilliams #paintingexpert #diy #businesstips #fyp #doityourself #husband #dad #contractor #construction #brick #painting

If you caulk your tape prior to painting, you will get 100% sharp lines every time👇 Caulking your tape prior to painting when doing accent walls or trim, its important to seal the tape to prevent bleedthrus. Thats exactly what caulking your tape does for you, it prevents the paint from sipping through and making a mess. I suggest this method to everyone, specially if you’re a perfectionist. #caulk #accentwalls #housepainting #tipsandtrick #construction #diy #tape #doityourself #satisfying #quicktip #husband #dad #sherwinwilliams #paintingtips #businesstips
