Ever noticed why #sales people get paid so much more than anyone else in the business? That's because they are willing to go out & face rejection. The willingness to do this is something which people inherently find uncomfortable, while the sales people do this day in day out! This mere fact makes them invaluable! All of us want to be invaluable but only few have the courage to push through the rejection, which is critical for the business growth. Regardless of your industry, let's appreciate the folks working in the sales profession. It's definitely NOT easy. #businessgrowth #sales #tech

Your sales reps are struggling because they were never taught discovery skills Too many times they don't dig into the prospects pain My rule of thumb is if you have an inbound you must dig into their pain They came to you for a reason My other rule of thumb is you must bring your research to the table Even when I applied for jobs I had a 1 page sheet of notes of research about that company and the hiring manager What's your opinion on great discovery calls? I feel there could be way more great discos

Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional applies powerfully to sales. Rejection, setbacks, and tough negotiations are unavoidable aspects of the sales process. However, suffering from these experiences is a choice. Successful salespeople understand that each 'no' is a step closer to a 'yes.' By maintaining a positive attitude and learning from each interaction, they turn challenges into opportunities for growth. Adopting a resilient mindset allows them to stay motivated, build stronger relationships, and ultimately achieve better results. In sales, the key to thriving lies in how you handle the inevitable pains and turn them into pathways to success. Please let me know how you bounce back #salesprocess

If you're really good at helping people get a job done, they will be willing to pay you a good price. Most companies try to make price a selling point or keep it a secret entirely. However, once you truly understand the job your customers are trying to accomplish, price becomes secondary. They'll willingly pay it if you do the job well enough. To sum up: your customers hire your products to do a specific job for them. If you can deeply understand that job, you'll be better able to serve your customers and unlock new opportunities. This understanding will help you identify competitors and potential allies from outside your industry. With this deeper understanding, you'll be able to take your sales to the next level. -#CustomerExperience #ValueCreation #BusinessStrategy #ClientSuccess #GrowthMindset
