Our team lunch and learn sessions are much more than a chance to take a break. They're about discovering new things, learning from guest speakers, and sharing personal perspectives. This Stroke Awareness session was our most popular lunch and learn all year, Anne and Dawn talked us through: ✅ Spotting the signs early—F.A.S.T. (Face, Arms, Speech, Time) and ✅ Understanding risk factors like stress, diet, and lifestyle. If you'd like to run a session in your business, DM Anne Magarin 👇🏻

Last Wednesday, Anne Magarin and Head Stroke Nurse for Grampian Dawn, joined the TMM team to discuss stats, symptoms, and what services Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland offer alongside their newly refreshed campaign, F.A.S.T. With almost 11,000 people suffering from a stroke every year in Scotland, it is critical to be aware of the signs and how to seek help as soon as possible. Dawn advised that if you experience even 1 of the 3 common symptoms – face, arm and / or speech, to call 999 and get seen by a medical professional. Think it’s a stroke? Act F.A.S.T. Call 999. Thanks again to Anne and Dawn for visiting – a very informative and impactful lunch. Working in the world of recruitment, I know many in the team appreciated getting their blood pressure taken! *video credit to Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland
