Texas AG Ken Paxton is aggressively enforcing the state's new data privacy law, targeting major companies for sharing sensitive user data without proper consent. Latest in the crosshairs: Sirius XM, MyRadar, Miles, and Tapestri. The key issue? These companies allegedly failed to obtain clear, affirmative consent before sharing *sensitive data* – including location and vehicle information.
