December. Gift lists, party plans, year-end deadlines swirling. The season where every ball in the air feels heavier. My dad shared wisdom years ago that resurfaces during these packed weeks: We're all juggling balls. Some rubber, some crystal. The rubber ones bounce back. The crystal ones? Those shatter. Starting the Week Strong 🌊💼 I took a walk on the beach this morning to kick off the week, and it’s always interesting to see how nature reshapes the shoreline after a storm. It was a relaxing, reflective moment that helped clear my mind and get me in the right headspace for a productive week ahead. It made me think about how taking time to reset after a weekend with family is so important, not just personally, but for business as well. As we gear up for the final stretch of 2024, it’s easy to blink and suddenly we’re stepping into 2025. Halloween is just around the corner, and before we know it, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, and the New Year will be upon us. Now’s the time to take a moment, assess where we are, and refocus on our aspirations for the end of the year. Whether it’s achieving those final goals, setting new ones, or reflecting on how far we’ve come, staying grounded and keeping our eyes on what’s ahead is key.
