Over 12,000 fathers, brothers, husbands die per year and our key strife is no one should suffer from prostate cancer. Hi, my name is Gerardo Del Guerico, I'm Solutions Architect for Prostate Cancer UK. As a charity we deal with vast amounts of data that comes into the charity each day. We have over 150 data sources which have to be processed day in day out. When we originally started we had eight staff members having to do the process and each day even with eight staff running this data wasn't flowing in the way it should have done. Some data would be put in weekly, monthly and sometimes not at all. The problem we were facing was low morale of those team members. Doing the same job day in, day out. These are technical people basically doing administrative tasks. The second issue was we weren't giving our donors, our fundraisers, the quality of service that we should have been doing, so we weren't meeting their expectations. The prompt was really how do we automate as much of this as we can? How do we remove all the administrative burden on these 8 individuals and allow them to do value added services, You know, where things actually matter. So Toca, we saw that as an automation tool. We had a major issue where we weren't able to collect data on some of the older partners. This is where we started looking at Toca for automated bots. With Toca, we were able to do those standard process of downloading the data even before the staff member turned up in the morning. So in the morning. When the staff member turned up the data was already there waiting for them to process. Hi, my name is Michael Ellis. I'm an employee of Prostate Cancer UK and IT support coordinator and are being used and talked for about a month now. It's been easy to use Toca automation software. If you comment it to former basic level it's easy to do automation tasks to user interface is quite easy to manage. Because of how intuitive is Toca automation is being easy to use. It's been able to for me to basically take over some parts of automation that we have in house here. And so I'm able to maintain, keep and probably make new automation tasks that we have to be imprinted into the future. In the end of the day, you will improve like the lot of people as well. We've been able to grow without actually increasing staff members. We've now got one that member staff doing all the data that comes through for our data flow is a lot more scalable. I would say the most valuable part of using Toca is the support behind them. They're on the ball. They love their product and as soon as we come up with any kind of more barriers, they knock them down. Straight away that's probably one of the key benefits for working with Toca and we felt that they've come along the journey with us and we've gone with them as well, so they feel more like a partner rather than the supplier and we felt the support from them from day one.
