Here's Seva to show you how it works 👇
Hi everyone, my name is Silva, I'm a front end developer at Twist and today I want to share you a feature we have been working on for a while, multi window support in our desktop applications. So right here I have a mock desktop application. And under the file menu there will be two new options are Open a new window and New home window and they're also shortcuts for them. So if I click on open new window it will open the exactly the same window as I am right now. It's a project called Groceries. If I click on new home window it will open my home window which I which mine is set up to upcoming. Uh, under window tab you can see that, uh, all open windows are there and I can Click to bring them up front if they're buried behind other applications. You can open different windows from different places. Like. You can go into the More menu and you can see that for a project view, there's an open new window here for. For a task, you can see that there's open new window as well. So if I click on this, you can see that it opens the task immediately. So the thing about this this windows is that the data is replicated immediately between them. So for example, I can go here and I can create additional item. For example, I want to buy Apples and you can see that apples is created in both windows immediately. And if I go to web browser which uses the same account, Apples also shows up there. I can create it from another window. So let's say that I want to buy carrots. And it was added as well. The thing about this feature is that if I go offline and to perform some actions, for example I complete a task or you know, create something, create another task cards I want to buy like block joy. And again it's replicated between both windows, even though it shows that both of them are offline. So now when I go online again. As you can see that the changes have been synced and you can see that boxer was added and Carrots the task carrots was completed. Another feature we added. Was to the ability to float windows. So for example when I have my active window, I can go into the window tab and click float on top and this window will basically be floated on top of everything else. So when I for example make the browser active, you can see that the window did not disappear, so you can make it. Like very small and just to keep it as a reminder throughout the day and you can go back and on float. And after that, it will disappear. Yeah. So that's that's about it for the future. So thank you.

#TechTip: Did you know, #Windows11 makes it quick and easy to access your desktop even when you have multiple apps open? Simply press the Windows key + D to quickly minimize all open apps and display your desktop, and doing it again will bring all your apps back up!
Outlook:
Use the Alt key to bring up key tips in the new Outlook for Windows
Users in the new Outlook can now use the Alt key to bring up key tips when using keyboard navigation. This behavior was previously Win+Alt. These changes will not impact other Outlook apps. #newoutlookforwindows
Trying to fall in love with the new Outlook (or at least: trying to embrace it) I keep both versions open.
That way I can compare as I go along …
… and quickly go back when I miss a feature.
No need to use the toggle in the top right-hand corner.
But why not take it a step further?
1️⃣ Open both apps. (If necessary, search for and open the new Outlook app on your computer.)
2️⃣ Drag the apps to your favourite spot on the taskbar. (I have mine as 1 and 2.)
3️⃣ Right-click the apps and 𝗣𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗯𝗮𝗿
Now you can simply press 𝗪𝗜𝗡 + 𝟭 and 𝗪𝗜𝗡 + 𝟮 to toggle between the two apps.
Bonus tip: If you do this for, say, Word and you have various documents open, you can flick through all open files. Just keep pressing WIN + the number again (and again and again).
