What action will you take this week to enhance mentorship within your SAP practice? 🌱 Mentorship is mutually beneficial: mentors gain fresh perspectives, refine their skills, and discover renewed purpose in their work. 🤝 Here's the challenge for experienced SAP professionals: - Promote structured mentorship programs in your organization 📈 - Volunteer to mentor others 🌟 - Engage in regular, focused interactions with mentees 🗣️ - Cultivate a culture of diversity and ongoing learning 🌍 - Facilitate connections and opportunities for your mentees 🤝 The future of SAP consulting is promising, shaped by the wisdom of experienced professionals guiding the potential of the next generation. 🌟 Mentorship extends beyond individual interactions, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and advocating for varied perspectives. 🌈 Experienced professionals, you have the ability to influence the future of SAP consulting by sharing your network, guiding through challenges, and illuminating pathways to success. 🚀 Its been a pleasure speaking with my Team Leads, Project Managers and Heads of Departments recently to hear about the work they are doing to promote growth ❤️ . #SAPmentorship #ProfessionalDevelopment #DiversityInclusion #FutureofSAP #MentorshipMatters inspired by someone I look up to Jonathan Whipple 👨👧

Reflecting on the significance of knowledge and education, I find inspiration in the words of Surah Al-Alaq (96:1-5): “Recite in the name of your Lord who created. Created man from a clinging substance. Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous - Who taught by the pen. Taught man that which he knew not.” This profound verse emphasizes the importance of learning and the power of education. It serves as a reminder that knowledge is not only a means of personal growth but also a gift from Allah, enabling us to explore, innovate, and contribute positively to society. As professionals in the ever-evolving world of SAP, we are continuously presented with opportunities to expand our skills and knowledge. Whether it’s mastering new modules, understanding the latest technological advancements, or engaging in collaborative projects, every step we take in learning enhances our ability to drive efficiency and innovation within our organizations. Let’s commit ourselves to lifelong learning and knowledge sharing, especially in the dynamic field of SAP. What new skills or insights related to SAP are you pursuing this week? Let’s inspire each other on this journey of growth and excellence! #ContinuousLearning #SAP #KnowledgeSharing #ProfessionalDevelopment

Wow, it's already been 3 months with SAP! As a former Learning Specialist (some habits definitely stick), I always ask myself: What have I learned so far and, most importantly, what learnings can I share? 🔷 Starting before you feel ready - embracing new challenges & opportunities even if it feels uncomfortable 🔷 Keeping a learning basket - have had an inspiring conversation with someone from your network, read an article, or learned a new skill? Keep track of your Aha-moments in your learning basket! 🔷 Taking the time for regular self-reflection in order to see the big picture in regards to your professional development, projects, and the overall business goals PS: This picture taken in our kick-off week at Prague a few weeks ago resembles learning No. 3 "Big Picture Thinking" perfectly for me. #LifeAtSAP #SAPAcademy2024 #MakingWavesAtSAP #NavigatingTransformation

The fastest way to succeed is to have a mentor.
The view from the top of Mount SAP is beautiful. But you can't get there alone ↓ Without a Mentor: -Lost in the SAP wilderness -Missing the summit view -Stuck at base camp -Skills plateauing -Climbing solo With a Mentor: -Mastering advanced techniques -Guided through the SAP terrain -Accelerating to new heights -Reaching the career peak -Part of a supportive team Who's helping you map out your climb?

Joining SAP brought a whole new level of experience. It’s like freely swim in ocean of knowledge and brings the “inner student” in me. I always feel when we truly love something, we will be proactive to learn it and feeling happy at the same time. During the learning journey, I felt there was something important missing. At that critical time, Akshita Shetty spoke about T-shaped skills during the SEA All Hands session. That was the moment that really inspired me, it gave me courage and determination to continue widen my skillsets. The T-shaped focus the depth and breadth of the chosen skill building blocks and integrated the new skillsets with existing foundation and experiences. It’s like building your own unique Tree with T-shaped as platform, and those skillset bear fruit. It’s no longer about the quantity of skills, but the quality of work that we do day-in and day-out, impact and values that we bring to the customer and our company. It is a journey of continuous learning and transformation, where the integrated and new knowledge amplify and multiply the positive impact, not just for ourselves but also for others. It brings effective and strong collaboration to WIN as ONE SAP. It brings out our best for the benefit of SAP, our customers, and partners. My T-shaped skill tree is still growing, hope you will find yours too. #ContinuousLearning #GrowthMindset #LifeAtSAP #BringOutYourBest
