No keynote speaker... Really... Then why should you go... Who is the couple in the picture... They are also not the reason to attend. Unlike most speaker driven conferences, where the leaders, subject matter experts, and inspiration comes from those on stage, this National Networking Conference will have those same amazing leaders, who normally would be on stage, in the seats next to you. You should not attend for a keynote speaker... although God did provide an INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN KEYNOTE SPEAKER. You should not attend for only what you can get out of it... although you will walk away more encouraged, connected, and inspired. YOU SHOULD ATTEND TO... join others, as the body of Christ, who are beginning to see the need on our nation's greatest UNSEEN mission field. You won't want to miss this opportunity. I keep getting asked by church leaders and chaplains, what can they do for law enforcement during this difficult election season. Come learn what you can do. I keep talking to first responder ministry leaders who feel run down, discouraged, and feel like they are grinding it out alone. Come and join so many others from around the country. I keep talking to first responders and spouses who tell me they are the only Christians in their whole department. Come and be connected to others who are living out their faith well, while also serving in a difficult profession. Those attending will have two things in common: 1) Have a heart for our nation’s first responders and their families. 2) See the need for Real Hope in Christ as the solution to support and love them. Join us at this free National Networking Conference on September 20-21 in Chattanooga, TN. Online registration required because of limited space. Great interview Karen MacNeil 🌎 Wine as a Global Force 🍷 From health benefits to economic boosts, leaders around the world have long acknowledged the importance of wine to society. Here’s a look at some notable reflections: 1. "Wine is part of our civilization. It plays an economic role, a cultural role, and a social role." – Emmanuel Macron, President of France France’s leader reminds us that wine is more than a beverage; it’s a cultural icon and economic asset. From employment in vineyards to the export market, wine adds significant value worldwide. 2. "Good wine is a necessity of life for me." – Thomas Jefferson, Former U.S. President For centuries, wine has held a central place in our daily lives, celebrated for its role in both health and hospitality. 3. "Wine can be a powerful unifier, bringing people together across borders and cultures." – Giuseppe Conte, Former Prime Minister of Italy Beyond national pride, wine fosters international camaraderie. With a presence in every corner of the globe, it’s a product that bridges cultures and creates shared experiences. 4. "In wine, we find not only pleasure but a tool for economic resilience." – Maria Reyes Maroto, Spanish Minister of Industry, Trade, and Tourism The wine industry generates billions in revenue, supports tourism, and creates jobs across the entire production line—from vineyard workers to sommeliers. Whether you’re a casual enthusiast or a professional in the industry, let’s celebrate the way wine continues to shape our world economically, socially, and culturally. #WineEconomy #GlobalTrade #CulturalHeritage #LinkedInCommunity

Had the pleasure of attending Ohio Society of Association Professionals Annual Conference in Cinncinati and really enjoyed the networking, sessions and conversations. Thank you Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) for making this possible. My key takeaways include: - find ways to make your team feel valued at work and incorporate play as a primary research tool - Geoff McLachlan - understanding the challenges of hybrid and remote work models allows the whole team to discover ways to problem solve, and cultivate a healthy work environment by encouraging ways to build psychological safety and resilience. - don’t be afraid to question the status quo - a willingness to tell your story doesn’t have to be selfish or narcissistic and you can have a great and powerful impact by relating to others through story telling - meeting new people is fun, don’t forget that! #professionaldevelopment #remote #work #attendee #osap
