It was great to attend this event! It was a very insightful talk and the main thing that has stayed with me is the quote “If you don’t measure, you can’t manage”. - It really allows you to take accountability when it comes to your clients. By holding a clear record of performance, it is easier to hold individuals and teams accountable. - By measuring, you can identify areas which need improvement and track progress over time. - Data driven decisions are more likely to be effective and efficient, which is always a key goal ✨ - Clear metrics help in setting realistic and achievable goals. And finally, by understanding what works and what doesn’t, allows for better allocation of our resources and time ⏰ In essence, measurement provides the necessary information to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement!

As always, it was a pleasure to see some familiar faces and hear from the guest speakers about the importance of client relationships in their various sectors⭐️ Key takeaways and reminders for me: ✨How you make a client feel is a why they will choose to work with you, rather than simply your technical expertise. ✨If you don’t measure it, you won’t manage it. ✨Clients want to feel as though their case is as important to you as it is to them, so take time to prepare for meetings.
