If you want to win with your team, you gotta grow with your team. One of my favorite things that we did this year, we brought our team out several times out to Arizona where we were able to go to some Andy Elliott seminars, some self development that we did. And once again we're growing together, we're hanging together, we're bonding together and that connection, that relationship is one of the most important things that we can do. What are you going to do with your team? Are you going to go out to the bars, drink, get messed up, wake up the next day and not be able to function or are you going to go out and. Do some reading. Let's read together, baby. Let's freaking talk about what we've learned. Let's freaking figure out how we can be better today than we were yesterday. Let's figure out how we can do better tomorrow than we were today. That's the type of team that we're building here. And it makes me so pumped. And I just love the fact that we've been able to be successful and do it at a high level that allows us to go to places like this and be able to enjoy this time together, building our lives and growing together.
