Bagai irama dan lagu 🎶 This is gamelan. A traditional instrument ensemble made up of many percussion instruments such as gong, xylophone and drum. Each instrument has specific note that contribute to the song. Seamless harmonization and precision of every instrument will make a very lovely performance. Sedap dengar telinga mendengar. Sama dengan tempat kerja kita. There are many departments that need to work together to provide output for our customers. All departments need to work together, aligned to the same tune and meet each specific target so the result shall be likeable by customer. Jangan buat kerja syok sendiri. Atau pentingkan diri. The problem when silo mentality sets in. One department play hardcore metal, yang satu lagi buat irama nasyid padang pasir. Main alat pun hentam sendiri, tak ikut note. Huru hara lagu jadinya.
