The STOPP Technique is a powerful tool, yet simple tool I love to us, to help manage emotions and respond more thoughtfully. 🌟 STOPP Technique Overview 🌟: Stop:  Take a moment to pause and halt your immediate reaction. Take a Breath:  Focus on your breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth. Observe:  Notice your thoughts, reactions, and bodily sensations. Pull Back & Put in Perspective:  Consider alternative viewpoints, challenge your thoughts and reflect on the importance of the situation. Proceed:  Choose the best course of action that aligns with your values and the current situation.
