Common pitch fail I see among founders. Complexity obscures value. If someone can’t understand something. If it takes a half hour just to explain it. If the pitch is jargon filled… Don’t be surprised when nobody “gets it” Or “Sees the value” Because if the founders can’t even explain their vision in a simple way… How will potential partners or investors tell their team about it? How will the community tell their friends about it? Simplicity and clarity is an area not focused on enough in our space. 👉 Follow Tony Drummond or repost ♻️ if you found this helpful.

I completely agree with your point. When crafting an 8-10 page pitch for investors, what are the key elements or information that we should focus on? Could you highlight some of the prime things investors want to see?

Got it. Spot on. Great reinforcer for all entrepreneurs who are raising, but really to anyone who is trying to sell a product/service in any blockchain/corp environments. Ive seen this happen so many times where the tech dictates everything, where it should be more about what solutions/utility does the tech improve or solve...then you can get into the how...

Absolutely agree! Clarity and simplicity are key in getting your message across effectively. It's surprising how often complex pitches obscure the true value of a product or idea. Founders who can communicate their vision in a simple, understandable way are more likely to succeed. Thanks for sharing these insights, Tony Drummond

True. We used to refer to this as the elevator test. You should always be able to explain the concept in the time it take to take an elevator ride.

Most founders need to do better with their elevator pitches. We don't need the technical jargon, just explain in plain terms what you do. That will be very helpful.

I agree, simplicity has to be nailed and have a direct pierce through the mind. It is not just about something too technical, but anything around us. Love the video Tony Drummond

Easy mistake to make. I've been guilty of this in the past and I don't even sell tech.
