I got thinking about some of the known definitions or references of leadership; leadership is influence. What are the effects of leadership? The first that comes to mind is impact. I began to ponder how much influence we wield as leaders and the resulting impact. We should be deliberate about expanding our circles of influence and translating that influence into measurable impact. Our personal example, like my journey to becoming an #IAmRemarkable facilitator, can be a powerful tool in inspiring others to take action. It is as simple as putting myself forward in areas where I want to build expertise and influence how people articulate and promote their achievements. I am now a Silver Tier #IAmRemarkable facilitator, having held seven workshops with about 400 participants to date.
