Phuket Real Estate Market Recovery in 2023 According to Knight Frank Thailand, Phuket's villa and condominium markets have significantly rebounded, driven largely by Russian buyers. With 8.4 million tourists in 2023 and a rise in private investment, both supply and demand for villas and condominiums are on par with pre-pandemic levels.
