Calling me a lazy bum of a recruiter probably won't put you on the short list of candidates to be considered for the position. If you see a job you are interested in, please apply for the position before sending countless messages asking for 15 minutes of my time. ➡️If the job description says "must have 5 years of experience in X industry"... ➡️Then, the application page asks you how many years of experience you have in X industry. ➡️Don't say that you have 5 years of experience, if you have zero. ➡️Despite what you may have heard, recruiters will read your resume. ➡️If you say you have the required experience, it should be on your resume. #thoughts #hiring
