Booth Staff Registration - A term many planners dread hearing. Manual booth staff reg can be a nightmare: Manually creating and distributing codes, then sponsors losing them in their inbox with no visibility into who from their team has used them. Planners are raving about our new booth staff reg feature because they no longer need to use codes for booth staff passes (although codes are still an option). I'm working with a client to help their exhibitors maximize ROI at next month's conference. in Memphis. After a productive virtual meeting last week, I'll be hosting a "prep rally" before the opening reception. One key tip that hit home is that your trade show participation has THREE (3) parts: 1. Preparation: Set up your booth, book flights, ship equipment 2. Presence: Be fully present, connect intentionally, schedule appointments 3. Post-Show Follow Up: Plan time ahead for emails, calls, and meetings You HAVE to ⌚ block time ⌚on your calendar before the event for post-show follow-up. Your work isn't complete when you leave the conference. ⭐Bonus Tip⭐ Organize your notes, business cards and QR contacts so you know what you talked about and who you want to follow up with - and WHY. Especially with larger conferences, we can forget ALL the conversations we had. Create a system that's easy that you'll stick with and have your follow up plan laid out in advance. #conferenceemcee #networking #associations
