“Happy holidays” means so many things to so many people, but for most, the holiday season has a way of bringing loved ones together. Across cultures and traditions, this time of year is marked by shared themes that connect us all: Light: From candles to twinkling decorations, light symbolizes hope, warmth and renewal during the darkest days of the year. Gathering: Whether with family, friends or community, holidays remind us to come together, share meals and create memories. Giving: Acts of generosity—big or small—are at the heart of every celebration, spreading kindness and joy to those around us. Reflection: As the year comes to a close, many of us take a moment to reflect on the past and look forward to what’s ahead. These universal traditions remind us that the holiday season is about connection and gratitude. However you celebrate, may your season be filled with joy. From all of us at #CTS, we wish you the happiest of holidays and a bright new year ahead.

We were recently asked "Why do you take WInter Holiday Break?" 🤔 At Intention Labs, we believe in the humanization of work — honoring the balance between professional commitments and personal well-being. That’s why we embrace a Winter Holiday Break, not just as time off, but as a moment to reflect, recharge, and respect the diverse traditions our team celebrates. Whether celebrating traditionally recognized holidays or enjoying a quiet pause, this break allows our staff to connect with what matters most to them. Although our Winter Holiday Break begins on 16th of December, there are numerous festive days to celebrate all month long - Here is a great list! https://loom.ly/6D15Z_w But it’s not just about rest. This time away also strengthens our operations: ✅ Fresh perspectives for a strong start in the new year. ✅ Strategic planning to fine-tune goals. ✅ Enhanced collaboration after meaningful downtime. By prioritizing this balance, we’re building a culture where everyone feels valued—not just for what they contribute, but for who they are. Cheers to rest, renewal, and readiness for the year ahead. Let’s close this year strong and begin 2025 with purpose! 🌟 #HumanWork #WinterBreak #HolidaySeason #ThrivingTogether

This time last year, I was running on fumes. Between the back-to-back gatherings, endless errands, and trying to make the holidays perfect for everyone else, I barely came up for air. I remember collapsing on the couch one night after yet another packed day, realizing I hadn’t done a single thing I actually enjoyed that holiday season. Not one. 😣 Sound familiar? Here’s the thing: when you’re constantly putting everyone else first, your energy, joy, and sanity take a backseat. But it doesn’t have to be that way! Imagine a holiday season where you feel ENERGIZED instead of DRAINED. One where you have time for quiet moments, traditions you actually care about, and a calendar that reflects your priorities (not everyone else’s!). That’s what Holiday Bliss is about. ⛄️ It’s not just surviving the holidays; it’s about thriving through them, your way. 👉 👉 👉 And what you’ll learn? It’s not just for this December! It’s for every hectic life season to come. #holidays #introverts #introverted

Fret not, You can bring joy to the world The holiday season brings a multitude of pressures. Some people get caught up in a whirlwind of activity. Others feel left out. But the holiday also gives us a chance to open our hearts to others. Each of us has the ability to communicate to someone else their special value. It isn't "things" that bring us joy. It's knowing that we have the power to bring joy to others. The truest holiday gift is caring contact with others, especially in today's culture. Use this holiday season and the beginning of the new year to communicate caring feelings to someone in your world. We have the tremendous power to create joy through a few simple behaviors: -take the time to play a game with a child, -tell a coworker how much you appreciate their efforts, -tell a family member how they added value to your life, -tell a friend how much they enrich your life, -tell someone in need they are not forgotten and give the gift of your time. The holiday season isn't to be fretted away in dashing around, wrapping gifts, and stressing out. It's a time to empower yourself to spread joy to others. So, as the new year approaches, may you allow your warmth to spread to others, and may others spread warmth to you. Happy Holidays!

NO FOR JOY Even in the Season of Joy The holidays are often called “the most wonderful time of the year,” but let’s be real—this season can bring a lot of pressure. Saying yes to every invitation, tradition, or expectation can leave you feeling overwhelmed instead of joyful. Here’s the truth: You don’t have to say yes to everything. You can say no to: Overspending on gifts you can’t afford. 💝 Attending every event out of obligation. 🥳 Taking on too much when your plate is already full. 🍛🧆 When you say NO to what drains you, You say YES to Peace , Joy and what truly matters. What do you need to say NO to this season? Let’s make space for a more meaningful holiday.

✨ A Christmas Eve Reflection: The Fragility and Resilience of Our Human Journey ✨ Today, on this most extraordinary of nights, millions of us pause to marvel at the season—a moment of connection and reflection under the same vast sky that has inspired humanity for millennia. But let’s take a step back and consider something profound: the delicate balance that allows life to flourish. Whether we’re talking about the cosmos or the workplace, this balance is safeguarded by our actions, big and small. Safety, like the stars, is something we rarely think about—until it’s not there. 🌟 As we celebrate tonight, think of how small actions ripple outward: A worker taking a moment to check their gear before climbing. A driver choosing not to rush, ensuring they’ll arrive safely to share the day with loved ones. A family testing the smoke alarm, protecting what truly matters. Each of these decisions may seem insignificant, but they’re part of something much larger—a collective effort to preserve the fragile beauty of our shared existence. And isn’t that what Christmas is about? A reminder to cherish the small moments, the acts of kindness and care, that make life not just safe but meaningful. So tonight, as the stars above light our way, I invite you to share: What’s one small action you’ll take this holiday season to safeguard those around you? Let’s celebrate not just the joy of Christmas but the extraordinary resilience of the human spirit—ever curious, ever caring, and ever connected. Wishing you all a safe, reflective, and awe-filled holiday season. #ChristmasEve #HSE #SafetyInWonder #ConnectedByCare

Am I the only one that thinks this elf looks tired? Christmas is almost upon us. And I feel this elf a lot. I am tired. There are a lot of things still to do at work. Even more things are still on the list to make the holidays "magical". Most people I speak to on a daily level are not full of holiday cheer, but stressed, trying to get everything done before the holidays start and trying to fix the mistakes they made due to overload. Feeling overwhelmed and stressed out is not how we should feel, but for many of us, the "most wonderful time of the year" seems to be exactly the opposite. What helps? Let us be kind to one another. Let us find empathy within us and use the most generous interpretation for actions instead of the least generous one. Let us take breaks, let us block time for loved ones and let us focus on connection instead of creating a "perfect christmas" that will then fall short of expectations. I will take a break now. See you all in the new year. Let's make it a good one. Happy holidays, everyone! Let's get some rest. #happyholidays #relax #connectionnotperfection

Take time for yourself while still enjoying quality moments with your loved ones. The holidays are about creating lasting memories, starting with caring for yourself. Make this December about peace, balance, and joyful connection. What’s your best tip for a stress-free holiday?
