Valid point Yoda, that rapid evolution of threats, particularly with advancements in AI and machine learning, has outpaced our traditional training models. The cut in training budget definitely needs to be highlighted and addressed, unfortunately we are often in situation where the people in charge of the budget don't really have an understanding of the threats evolution and the possible negative financial impact . In response, I believe a balanced approach is crucial, leveraging automation to handle routine tasks while investing strategically in targeted, cost-effective training to ensure that teams remain agile and equipped for the complex, evolving landscape. Ultimately, adapting to these changes will be key to maintaining a resilient cybersecurity posture.

Attending the international virtual conference on Cyber Security was an exhilarating experience for me. Being with so many brilliant minds from around the globe was truly inspiring. I spoke passionately about the urgency of bolstering our defenses, not just through advanced technology, but through education, collaboration, and constant vigilance. The suggestions I offered were not just technical solutions but a call to action for a united front against these threats. The discussions we had were intense and profoundly important. We delved into innovative strategies, shared success stories, and dissected failures to learn from them.
