A lot of Advisers get pretty grumpy coming up to EOFY 🥵 All of the ADMIN, the follow up, chasing clients xyz... The result of being either: 1. Under-supported 2. Having to take on too many clients One thing we pride ourselves on at Pivot, is providing a top-tier service to our clients. Making sure that our T's are crossed, our I's are dotted & we're identifying every opportunity available to our clients. To do that, our Advice team needs to be supported & have the time to focus on exactly that. What we do is: 1. Every Adviser has a dedicated pod - Associate, CSO, Paraplanner. 2. They take on a book of absolutely no more than 100 clients. 3.
