Today we celebrate the 2 year work anniversary of Kelcey Joyce, our Senior Media Planner! Thank you for being a part of the Town Hall Agency team! "Kelcey brings a powerful combination of strategic vision and up-to-the-second knowledge of the digital media landscape to our higher education and nonprofit clients. At the end of every year, we celebrate what we achieved - but how about celebrating what we didn't do or let go? This year, as we reflected on achievements and milestones, we found ourselves thinking about the hardest decisions: the ones where we chose not to act, not to pursue, and to simply let go. This year has been a testament to the strength it takes to stay true to yourself. Over the years, we have learned that resisting temptation - whether it’s to conform, follow the crowd, or seize an opportunity that doesn’t align with your values - can be one of the most difficult things to do, as the lingering question of “What if?” is always present. Here's to celebrating what we didn’t do this year: - Letting go of fleeting opportunities that didn’t align with our long-term vision. - Choosing quality over quantity - focusing on nurturing existing client relationships with care rather than chasing scale. - Saying no to relationships and connections that weren't built on trust. Each decision brought its own doubts and challenges, but staying true to ourself has been far more rewarding. Here’s to a year of staying true to your North and forging ahead. Our New Year’s wish for all of you is to find strength in your convictions, even when the world around you pulls in different directions.

Last month marked my 6th year at Kendra Scott, and it’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for my time here. This year, I became the Co-Chair of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Council and finally met Kendra! Two things that have been on my bucketlist for years! To celebrate, here are 6 things I’ve learned from my time at Kendra Scott: 1. Despite what you may have heard, women actually want and are meant to work together! 2. Prioritizing belonging isn't just a "nice to have"; it's essential for creating a workplace that employees are proud to brag about. 3. A nonlinear career can provide a diverse skill set and enriching life experiences, opening doors to unexpected and rewarding opportunities. 4. Great leaders see possibility in their teams and inspire their people to innovate without fear! 5. We all have an innate desire to help others and should leverage our positions to improve our corners of the world. 6. Be like the Boss: Like Kendra, lead with heart and see the person behind every interaction. I can’t help but to feel that there’s so much more for me to learn and I’m looking forward to every lesson! Cheers to 6 years, KS! ✨

👀🔤 Hold onto your dots, folks, because today we’re celebrating World Braille Day! 🎉🦸♂️ A massive shoutout goes to Louis Braille, the original master of dot-to-dot innovation. Thanks to him, what started as a revolutionary way to facilitate literacy and opportunity has evolved into a game-changer for accessibility. Braille literally helps us see things from different perspectives. As we celebrate today, let's commit to making our workplaces more inclusive for everyone. From accessible communication to supportive technologies, small steps can make a big impact. So, let's raise a metaphorical toast (and maybe a real one too—coffee, anyone? ☕) to the power of Braille. Because when it comes to inclusivity, we're all in. After all, what’s a better way to kick off the year than by ensuring no one’s left out in the dark? Here's to a world where everyone reads between the lines—literally and figuratively. 🤓✨

Major props to one of the giants of ResProp Management, Angela Aguilar, celebrating her five-year anniversary with our team! 👉 Angela is a standout leader in so many ways. Most importantly, she’s a servant leader – she’s always hyper-attentive to the needs of the teams she leads, and digs in to help them get the work done – never afraid to dive deep and help push things forward. 💥But Angela is also a fierce competitor. Think about the affect Michael Jordan had on anyone who played on the same court–he elevated everyone’s game. On Michael’s court, you can't just show up and play–you come and give it your ALL. 👉 Same with Angela – when she commits to anything, it instantly motivates the team and suddenly they find a new gear to complete something that was previously unreachable. It’s a pleasure to work with you Angela – it’s been great fun (with a huge dose of HARD WORK) to build out ResProp with you. Last word here – Angela’s work ethic is unmatched. You literally have to peel her away from her work. This passion is infectious and again, is something that motivates everyone around her. Can’t wait to see what the next 5 years bring us–and while we’re at it, let’s make it 50 more! #workanniversary #leader #FAWOMO

Do you celebrate other people’s successes? Assuming that’s an easy yes. Colleague does a great piece of work, children achieve something at school - you praise and celebrate? But how often do you do this for you? How often do you look back down the huge ladder you have climbed and think ‘look at what I’ve achieved’. ‘Look at what I’ve got through’ It’s not boasting, It’s about reflecting, learning, motivating and resilience building. It helps you feel your efforts are for a reason, and it boosts confidence 💪 I often ask clients what they are celebrating, what are you celebrating this week?

Feeling incredibly lucky to celebrate a year that we could have never imagined, in all the best ways. Anyone who has ever worked with me knows that I have a very strong opinion about how your team and your clients are the absolute lifeblood of any company, and that if I ever started a business, that would be our north star, with zero tolerance for exceptions, because if that’s the focus, the success and money works itself out. And I don’t mean putting it on a culture wall, or in a teams channel, nor do I mean putting it in recruiting materials or client presentations… but rather, in practice… not once, but in perpetuity. It’s a tall order, and that’s why it’s so hard to accomplish, especially as companies scale. But, that doesn’t change my stance and is why having a growing team of this caliber who serve the clients that entrust us with their strategic technology initiatives is the ultimate picture of success to me, and I couldn’t be more proud of what we have accomplished in 2024 👏 2025 is going to have a lot to live up to, but with our focus on the two priorities above, I have no doubt it’ll be epic. 5 years what an achievement, this time 5 years ago I remember thinking "I hope that phone rings today", I can assure you I have never had that thought again. 5 Years at TMT has been like a well controlled, organised, fun Rollercoaster that only goes up! With more people joining our happy ship and us now building on our well established brand, I am excited to see what the next 5 years will bring. A few insights. On the property market side of things, the world of Real Estate is evolving and with it, the ways you can purchase property. Cryptocurrency's popularity is already showing it is possible to purchase property with, for example, Bitcoin, Ethereum or other digital assets. Some sellers may be open to such an exchange, however GBP will be needed for some time yet for that all important HMRC SDLT payment! Some Lenders are even starting to explore mortgages backed by Cryptocurrency. Global Payments will become faster, cheaper, more efficient and encouraging more international trade, business and investment. A fee with no exchange rate! Regulatory reform - with some Crypto Exchanges now being accepted by PII providers and Banks you can now use your Crypto investment portfolio to buy assets (all subject to AML, KYC etc etc but lets not bog this post about the future in 'red tape'). Artificial Intelligence- Chat GPT, the other day my Teams call was minuted by a Bot who took a very detailed minute by minute with sub titled topic headings at a speed I'm not sure I can talk at - some will disagree! All of the above will compliment service, personal experience, efficiency. Finally for those that may feel some trepidation regarding the future, did you know that the word FEAR has two meanings. 1. Forget everything and Run 2. Face everything and Rise At TMT Legal Services LLP we will continue to Rise, Evolve and have a little fun on the way....
As we celebrate our 5th anniversary, we're reminded of the incredible people who have made our growth and success possible. To our amazing Team, Clients, Referrers and Business Partners, thank you for your continued support and dedication. Here's to dreaming bigger and reaching higher every year! #5thbirthday #companymilestone #brightfuture #LawFirmGrowth #thankyouteam #dreambig

Too often, people are hyper-focused on what’s missing, what’s not going according to plan, and what’s going wrong. But that’s a trap—it pulls attention from what’s right, who’s showing up, and all the good happening right in front of you. Real success? It’s not about chasing what’s missing—it’s about valuing what’s right here. The people, the moments, the process. When you lock into appreciating what’s in front of you, that’s when things start to really move. When we had Alyssa Ustby on, we gave her flowers now, right in the thick of her journey. Why wait to celebrate someone’s impact until later? Celebrating people in their prime, giving them their flowers while they’re at it—that’s the real win. Appreciate what’s here. Focus on who’s here. The rest will come.
