DUAL OCCUPANCY DEVELOPMENT 🏠 🏠 The Site📍 62 Cummins Road, Brighton The Task 📝 The proposal sought to develop the site with high quality and responsive double-storey dual occupancy dwellings and demolish the existing dwellings. Double garages were provided for both units. The Outcome 💯 The proposal reviewed an approval from Council as the Secluded Private Open Space requirements were met with both units having roof decking and backyards and balconies. The high quality and responsive design is well located on a corner site. The proposal increases the landscape value of the site and the area through the planting of new trees, shrubs varying in size and shape complimenting with the built environment.
