Today, as we honour Truth and Reconciliation Day, we are reminded of the resilience and courage it takes to navigate change. In the words of Nelson Mandela: "Change is as unsettling as it is painful. It cannot be any different because change is movement…At times of momentous developments, when societies reach their high noon, everything else becomes uncertain except for the golden gate that must be reached – the goal of freedom.” At RACS, reconciliation is at the heart of what we do. For us this is not just another holiday, like Mandela, we believe in the power of movement towards shared goals, unity, and understanding. This is a powerful reminder of the importance of our work, and the resilience and courage needed to navigate change. Let us continue to open doors to reconciliation and freedom, shaping a brighter future for all. #TruthAndReconciliationDay #NelsonMandela #ChangeAndFreedom #RACSLeadership
