Every year during November, we celebrate Quality Month as an unique opportunity demonstrating our unwavering commitment to our Customers & Quality.   🏆 The 2024 Quality Month Customer-First Recognition Awards celebrate projects that embody our values of #excellence and delights for our customers. Based on Executive’s assessments and all employee’s voices, this year, the Golden Customer-First Award went to Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK for addressing a problem related to the wheel and tyre sequencing process.   👥 The core principle behind our approach to #Quality, including ‘#CustomerFirst’, ‘and ‘#GenchiGenbutsu’ (Go & See at the scene), is to engage every organisational level of Toyota today, from the shop floor to executive management. We are proud of these traditions, which we continue to develop and improve to meet new challenges.
