Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” 💪 My dance competition days were more than just challenges—they were the foundation for my journey. They taught me how to push through adversity, reinvent myself, and never give up. These are the lessons I now pass on to my mentees. Some of the most challenging moments have paved the way for the most pivotal, life-changing ones. 2020-2021 was one of the toughest chapters in my career, forcing me to completely reinvent how I do business. I had to adapt to my new reality as a wife and mom of three, all while striving to create a life of abundance, time freedom, and flexibility—and still make a global impact on the dance community. Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful that after those tough years came a season of abundance. Today, I get to do what I love, serve others, and work remotely—whether I’m at home or traveling for two months with my family over the summer (like I am now) Want to dive deeper? 🖤 Comment “MEDIA” to get the link to my full interview on THE BLACKLIST podcast with Ulyses, filmed at Sirius XM in Las Vegas. 🎙️ #DanceLife #theblacklist #dancepodcast #businessofdance #dancemoms #dancer #dancers #dancecompetition #prodancecareer #dancelife #dancecareer #danceadvice #danceinspiration #dancebusiness

Say Yes.......that's it. That is my poignant message for today. About a week ago, Waylan Webb tagged me in a post alongside Neela K. Singh, Fihmiya Hamdan 🦋, and Scott Valenti SHRM-CP. I connected with each of them and in the past week, I have laughed more on this platform than I have in all the years prior. They bring levity to the business platform and that is what I need and want. I said yes and I was rewarded. Earlier this year, I spoke with Aum Gandhi (He/Him) about launching the Everyday Athlete Podcast Network for Run Tri Bike and he said yes. Starting on May 9th, we will have the first show under that umbrella. Beyond The Finish Line with Joe Hardin will debut with a focus on the stories of everyday athletes and the obstacles they have overcome on their path to success. There are 4 other shows getting lined up to start this summer. This is happening because we said yes. Sure things don't always go according to plan but we cannot even get to the plan and learning from it if we are consistently saying no. So, say YES. If a friend asks you to have dinner this weekend, say YES. If somebody reaches out to connect for a conversation, say YES. If there is an opportunity to jump out of a plane, say YES (check the parachute first!) Cheers to the weekend and me saying YES to eating more pizza. #smallbusinessmarketing #marketingandadvertising #jasonbahamundi

Today I am spending 6 hours in meetings... This is something that historically would have made me want to put my head through a nice sturdy wall. However, things have changed. 🤷🏻♀️✨ It is the absolute pleasure of my life that today my time is directly invested in building up, celebrating, and growing the personal brands of the people I get to work alongside. I am excited to jump into what today brings. #personalbranding #podcastguesting #branddevelopment #businesstorytelling
