I listen to a lot of podcasts. I don't recommend many.
Why?
Well, it's rare to find a podcast that is so consistently good I feel confident recommending it to others (and yes, I do have a criteria).
There is one podcast, however, that I've recommended since I first found it back in January 2023. We Are Human Leaders, co-hosted by the formidable Alexis Zahner and Sally Clarke.
Let's get this straight. This isn't a 'fluffy, feel-good, we're all only human after all, don't worry about it' leadership podcast.
Alexis and Sally are Aussies. They're beautifully direct. They ask the hard questions. They demand accountability. They champion science and data. I'm a huge fan.
And I think you will be too.
This month, they're celebrating their 50th Episode milestone, a feat that puts them in the top 11% of podcasts globally (I told you it was a good show!).
You can listen to We Are Human Leaders wherever you get your podcasts - and I'll pop a link in the comments.
Congratulations Alexis and Sally. You do phenomenal work. ❤️

P.S. Yes! We Are Human Leaders is one of my 'competitors'. You can look back at a previous post to see my thoughts on that. 💪
P.P.S. Yes! That is my cheesy face opposite renowned psychologist Amy Edmondson 😃. Going from a long-term listener to a guest of the show was pretty cool, not gonna lie. We talked about the psychological impacts of layoffs, and how leaders can, and must, do better. Check out episode 47.
