What an incredible way to start my day today, moderating the Virtual HR Leaders Exchange connect, powered by People 1st | Global HR Executive and SmartRecruiters. It was amazing to connect with such a diverse group of HR professionals from Azerbaijan, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Switzerland and UK and dive into the potential of AI in our field. We explored AI use cases, tackled barriers and limitations, and reflected on the upcoming AI Act and its implications for our work. The open exchange of ideas was a great reminder that while AI holds immense potential, it’s up to us to implement it responsibly and ensure it complements, rather than replaces, the human element in HR. Looking forward to continuing these conversations and seeing the innovative solutions that emerge from our shared learnings! Shall we meet again next year to see the progress of AI in our plans, Lauren Olivia Knight, Fenella Wenham, Sarah Wauer, Alicja Kryczalo-Lara, Corina Groza, Justyna Jedlińska-Molenda, Kryczalo-Lara, MBA, Michal Guz, Mojca Grafenauer, Noni Tandon, Orkhan Safarli, SHRM-SCP ? #HRLeaders #AIinHR #TalentAcquisition #HRTransformation #FutureofWork #AIAct

I had a great time with our CEO, Christoffer Erichsen, in Singapore last week, engaging with HR leaders from across Southeast Asia at the CHRO Series conference. Three key points I'd like to share: 1. AI in HR: It's about enhancing our capabilities, not replacing human judgment. The potential for improving our work is significant. 2. Flexible work evolution: We need to create organisations that can leverage the increasing supply of 'independent professionals', moving beyond just hybrid arrangements. 3. Employee experience driving business results: There's a direct link between employee satisfaction and customer outcomes. At Human Inc, we're actively helping our clients apply these insights: 1. Integrating AI tools into work processes with HumAIn Labs. 2. Developing outstanding employee experiences that fit many different work modes. 3. Delivering business results through impactful HR projects. Want to know more? Let's connect and discuss how these trends could impact your organisation. #HRInnovation #FutureOfWork #CHROSeries

Why? AI provides a neutral, data-driven perspective—no assumptions, no biases—just pure support for their growth. This trend shows the incredible potential of AI in creating more personalized, objective career journeys. Imagine what’s possible when HR combines this powerful tool with human connection! As digital transformation upends industries at an unprecedented pace, the ability to build and nurture an agile, future-ready workforce has become pivotal for business success. Companies that fail to adapt their talent strategies risk rapid obsolescence, while those that harness cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) can gain a decisive competitive edge. At the forefront of this workforce revolution are pioneers like IBM and Global Micro Solutions, leveraging AI to revolutionise how organisations attract, develop, and retain top talent. Here's my article about it in the Sunday Times, Business Day Human Resources magazine: #HR #AI #IBM #GlobalMicroSolutions #workforce #workplace

Pre-flections on GenAI and HR: Where to Go and How to Get There - The ability of GenAI to classify optimized individual HR practices becomes even more important to evolve up the S-curve towards guidance. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐑 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐈'𝐦 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭. I see HR as the lifeblood of an organization because it all starts with people - essentially hiring suitable people and supporting them to perform the best work of their tenure. HR is overwhelmed with an avalanche of tasks, making it highly stressful for them. Unintentional HR blunders can result in untimely resignation of employees such as the case for one of my clients recently. The traditional solution is to double down and work harder but this comes at the expense of HR's health being. Today, AI can support the heavy lifting and leave the truly high-touch work to the HR professionals. That is why I resonate with this article. I see a future of AI-augmented HR professionals building skillsets to harness AI for higher productivity and career fulfillment. P.S. If your company is interested in exploring how to adopt artificial intelligence and the essential skill sets to develop, I would be delighted to speak with your HR team. Please consider inviting me to share my insights with your organization. #ArtificialIntelligence #FutureofHR
In this article, DPM Heng Swee Keat spoke the importance of building skill sets for artificial intelligence technology for HR professionals. For companies that are concerned about the adoption of AI, they can start small with one use case before scaling up. Benefits? - Your company is able to align with AI to drive productivity in practical use case. - Your "valuation" as a company goes up because your HR professionals build the skill sets of tomorrow (actually it is today!)
