-Housing costs. -Decoupling of place & work. -Desire for a slower pace of living. -Oh and caring for aging parents. The migration of young people to more rural and smaller towns is interesting. A huge problem for work and place is how we make it affordable to live near a headquarters or in a big city. Another effect I’m thinking a lot about is the impact this has on local pricing for folks who aren’t in high paying or remote jobs. Places like Tulsa Remote seem to be setting positive examples of how to manage this. Darcy Marie Mayfield ?
