Some weeks ago, I talked about the expansion in global markets and what it taught us. Looking back over the past years, I learned that each market has its unique challenges, from regulations to cultural preferences. This means that success in one market does not guarantee success in another. First of all, for our business, it’s important to have partners that understand the local needs and have the right systems in place. We can only do this by building strong relationships with them. Our partners are the ones that provide invaluable insights and help understand local business environments. On the other hand, we learned to be patient, as entering new markets often involves unexpected delays and learning curves. But I can say that all the experiences of the past years have refined our way of thinking and strategies towards expansion… We learned how to adapt our products and marketing strategies quickly and effectively. This brings me to the following. We are constantly looking to expand our business in Europe, as it presents a big opportunity.
