Make sure to hit clean contact–a good way to practice this is striking the bunker rake to train yourself to hit a precise low point of the shot. Have a steeper angle of attack–this means you’re hitting slightly downward through impact. Make sure you have more speed hitting through impact–you need to be quick at the bottom to produce the ball to stop on a dime.
