TRUCKER TOOLS Q3 UPDATE (I know I'm 8 days late... forgive me.) We're now a week into everyone's favorite quarter, Q4, right in the thick of event and trade show season. I’m personally looking forward to attending my first Broker Carrier Summit summit this month and joining industry leaders at TIA (Transportation Intermediaries Association)'s Technovations event next week. As we move through one of our busier seasons, I wanted to still take time to reflect on Q3 and what’s happened as we head towards the end of the year. So, what happened during Q3 at Trucker Tools? 🤝 Strategic Partnerships: You may have seen Trucker Tools announce many new integrations over the quarter, like MyCarrierPortal to streamline the onboarding and ELD integration process, and additional TMS providers like MVMNT and Quote Factory, with another big one to be announced in a few weeks. 🚀 Quick product releases: I'm so proud of the cross-functional work our team has done to make sure we're releasing new product to our customers, getting quick feedback, and implementing changes within the same couple of weeks. A couple of releases we're most excited about from Q3: • Launching new filters + the ability to export CSVs for our Carrier Sourcing product • Integrating our cold chain tracking product and seeing our newest reefer carriers light up on brokers' maps ⭐️ 5 New Hires: Given our growth, we're excited to continue to add to our team to support our customers. From sales, to operations, to engineering, we are thrilled to have had 5 new hires join the team over the last few months: Brandon Vincent-Comolli, James Geraghty, Clint McDavid, Carson Walter Makin, and Allan Lee. Thank you for joining us! 🌐 Sales Offsite in Chicago: As a remote company, we’ve committed to getting our entire team together a few times a year, in addition to smaller components of our team more frequently than that. It is so important, especially in freight, to see team members, customers, and partners in person. That being said — we had a blast! We strategized in team meetings, did a boat-ride architecture tour, and had a happy hour with customers, pizza, and beer. Engaging in face-to-face interactions allowed us to brainstorm more effectively and share ideas that might not have surfaced in virtual meetings. What did we learn in Q3? 🚚 Freight Tech requires brokers + carrier relationships to succeed: As we continue to launch new products, we're finding most success where we have brokers who have identified a problem AND have some strong carrier partners who are eager to engage in a solution with us. 🤝 Onboarding is critical: We're continuing to invest in our customer onboarding process and have seen fantastic results; our new customers are now seeing compliance > 90% off the bat, which was unheard of a few years ago. Don't underestimate the importance of the OB process as a freight tech partner! What were your big Q3 victories and learnings?
