Health does not come as an offering of gratitude or hospitality, but instead it's a gift that needs to be preserved. Starting a business is not a short term gig but a 10 year marathon. A #founder or #cofounders need to be able to run that marathon. Good health helps in: - choosing the mission - keeping focus on the mission - planning for the mission - executing the plan to achieve the mission. WHY? Because it is the mission that attracts people, gets the media to talk about you, attracts people to come & help you and that is what will build your company. All this clubbed together builds a great company with a ton of people who work with you and who use your product. #health

Month 5 and still on track for my 2024 steps goal... The last 10% is usually the most challenging,🤔 I'm sure there are plenty of business leanings from this simple challenge but I do know that this. When its 9pm and I have only.9k steps done, I no longer let myself off the hook and say we got close today. Runners on and out the door to get that 10k target completed. 🥂👏 Just need to bring this into our Gewardz Health business attitude! 🫣 #resolutions #health #management
