Today I was really impressed... At the beginning of the week, a railway undertaking contacted me to test our TrainChecker app. Yesterday afternoon, I sent out the access data for our portal and an invitation to a video conference to demonstrate the system. The video conference today was to focus on the creation of damage reports and wagon lists as well as the registration of app users. Then, just before the video conference, I looked at our portal and what do I see? The company had already created several app users itself, created a wagon list and sent 4 damage reports to wagon keepers. All without any introduction or training! That really impressed me. And it shows how intuitive our system is. So, dear RUs, don't be afraid of digitalisation or the introduction of new IT systems (if they are designed to be user-friendly).  #WDRflyer #TrainChecker #Digitalisation
