It's been a great HR journey over the past 20+ years meeting and working with many great HR talent in tech, Web2, and Web 3 companies. As I reflect on my journey in Human Resources, I am filled with pride for the work we do as HR professionals. Today, I want to take a moment to celebrate everyone in this field. Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, your dedication to empowering people and building strong, thriving organizations makes a difference every single day. Over the years, I’ve learned so much, but here are three key lessons that stand out: 1️⃣ People are the heart of every organization. Understanding and supporting employees goes beyond policies—it’s about creating an environment where people can flourish and bring their best selves to work. 2️⃣ Adaptability is everything.
