Over the past four years, we have helped 260 enterprises save over $31 million by automating the issuance of employment and income verification documents for their current and former employees. We realized that hundreds of similarly routine tasks could potentially be automated using AI. Castello marks the first step in our vision to help automate these back-office tasks. We have successfully built a cross-dataset RAG system and have begun implementing this intelligence into enterprise workflows, ranging from compliance to retention analysis.

Over the past several years, TransCrypts has saved hundreds of enterprises millions of dollars by automating employment and income verification tasks for their current and former employees. Building on this success, the company expanded its focus to automating other routine back-office tasks through AI. This effort resulted in the development of Castello, a multi-step reasoning agent powered by a cross-dataset RAG system. Now being integrated into enterprise workflows, Castello automates a wide range of tasks, from compliance checks to retention analysis, enabling businesses to streamline processes and lower operational costs. Developed in collaboration with industry leaders like NVIDIA, Meta, and Google, Castello is a major leap forward in enterprise automation. To further strengthen Castello's performance, TransCrypts incorporated real life human feedback, leveraging the power of Google Cloud’s Vertex AI and Meta’s Llama models, Castello has already exceeded generalist AI models in accuracy and efficiency.
