Transreport’s Post

Airlines 2024 underscored accessibility as a key driver of aviation growth! 🚀 Elevating consumer experience was at the forefront of discussions at the conference, organised by Airlines UK, BAR UK LTD, International Air Transport Association (IATA), and FlightGlobal.   It was a privilege to connect with Louise Haigh MP, Secretary of State for Transport, who delivered an impactful keynote discussion exploring aviation growth in the context of accessibility and sustainability; and Mohammad Taher who is focused on closing the Global Skills Gap in aviation through technology.    A Fireside Chat with Shai Weiss, Virgin Atlantic CEO, highlighted the importance of customer experience alongside increased passenger targets for airlines; while Ronce Almond and Michael Stark considered how the evolving global aviation landscape is impacting consumer policy development. Selina Chadha from the Civil Aviation Authority explored the demand for consistent accessibility processes that protect passengers and empower the industry. Emma Partlow, Transreport's Director of Consumer Engagement and Policy, comments “We are excited to be at the forefront of the conversation around the intersection between accessibility, consumer experience, and industry growth. "As accessibility becomes an increasingly critical focus for global aviation growth, our work at Transreport aligns with these industry shifts. Our platform is improving passenger experience by empowering our aviation partners, shaping more inclusive air travel experiences for all.” Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eGgMZmMP [Image 1 Description: Emma Partlow, Transreport Director of Consumer Engagement and Policy, and her assistance dog Luna with Louise Haigh, Secretary of State for Transport, at Airlines 2024.] [Image 2 Description: Selina Chadha and Phil Georgiadis engaged in conversation onstage with the “Fireside chat with UK Civil Aviation Authority” image on the presentation screen.] [Image 3 Description: Louise Haigh and Robert Nisbet conversing onstage with the “Keynote: Secretary of State for Transport followed by Q&A” image on the presentation screen.] [Image 4 Description: Screen with presentation slide “Transportation and World per capita GDP”.] #TransreportGlobal #Aviation #Airline #Accessibility #Airlines2024
