Proper end of lifecycle of a series II First Solar module.

Well, they certainly gave us the best 10-12 years of their 30-yr lifetime. We think. I would be more interested in the annual and cumulative energy measured from the system the dead modules come from. Oh - and I want some money back...I/we paid for over 60% of these abbreviated lifetimes, with the investment tax credit strings attached. One of those strings that has presumably been universally accepted by the thirsty recipients of our generous incentives has been the 30-yr lifetime. I doubt it's ever been enforced, but just letting developers wink and ignore the generous tax incentive regulations represents why environmentally and economically responsible alert "woke" taxpayers detest greedy tax cheaters. So yeah, if you're going to track the serial number, track it back to stuff that is also accountable to the public that paid for most of the private developers' profits. That doesn't seem like unfair or radical or industry-hating vitriol to me; it seems like balancing a checkbook in my book.
