While some might argue that Bharat (India) is predominantly a masculine society, they often overlook the quintessential cultural ethos that defines us. Reflect on the divine couples like Gauri and Shankar, Radha and Krishna, Siya and Ram—each embodying the deep-seated values of unity and devotion. Though "Bharat" may denote a masculine identity, the term "Maa" (Mother) underscores the nurturing and compassionate essence at the core of our nation’s spirit. I proudly affirm that forgiveness reflects strength and compassion, not weakness. India Celebrated 78th Independence Day and it’s truly a moment of pride, honour for all of us, saluting soldiers protecting us always and also thinking how far we have come but are you as an individual truly independent!! Do uh feel satisfied and succeeded as defined by you. OR Do you feel caged in terms of procrastination, mental peace, mediocrity, invisible shackles of comfort causing outburst, rage and frustration. Just give it a thought once… . . . . If yes, your breakthrough is waiting, but only if you choose to breakfree. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽. But every step forward requires leaving something behind. Here’s how I embraced my breakfree journey: 1. 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗴𝗼: Release what no longer serves you. 2. 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁: Believe in your potential to grow. 3. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁: Keep moving, even when the path is unclear. Breaking free isn’t just a destination; it’s a continuous journey. The hardest part? Starting. The most rewarding? Seeing how far you can go. Such hurdles are expected for quite sometime. The solution lies within India. #Government must hold consultations with leading players and Industry stakeholders to prepare for these challenges that will cause additional capital outlays and add to operating, transaction cost to comply with the #CBAM regulations. Technology and system upgrading, #research, #innovation and strengthening of #ESG ecosystem might prepare our textile, garment and leather sector for similar challenges that might arise elsewhere apart from #EU. Industry need budgetary support. Higher level of technology, automation needed. #India must also put in place counter measures to regulate our market for imports from regions that have turned protectionist.
