On Wednesday at 8:30 am, I'll present advances in PFAS water treatment that are beginning to see promise for a total PFAS solution with co-authors Charles Schaefer, Zoom Nguyen, Peter Murphy, and Christopher Higgins. Our latest research highlights a comprehensive treatment train at the pilot scale, featuring membrane filtration to remove PFAS, surface active foam fractionation (SAFF™) to concentrate PFAS from the membrane reject stream, and innovative destructive technologies like plasma, electrochemical oxidation (ECO), and HALT™ for the complete breakdown of PFAS.
